After 17 years with the same company, a mass layoff became the unexpected spark I needed to push myself toward embracing entrepreneurship. I felt an instinctive pull toward a new challenge: bookkeeping.
Perhaps it was simply in my blood—my mother was a bookkeeper, and I’ve always had a knack for organizing data, which is a crucial part of bookkeeping.

As a fellow small business owner, I understand firsthand that running a company is a labor of love, but it’s also incredibly hard work. Story Behind

Magic Pocket

There are two inspirations that led me to the company name.
1) There is this nursery song in Japan. The song goes like this:

There is a biscuit in your pocket.
You tap your pocket, and you have two biscuits now.
You tap your pocket once more, then you now have three biscuits.
The more you tap your pocket, the more biscuits you’ll have.
I want such a magical pocket.
(*Biscuit as in British English, not US English)

2) A Japanese cartoon character called “Doraemon” is a robotic cat,
who came from the 22nd century to help his friend back in time when he was a kid.
He has a magic pocket filled with any tool you could wish for,
such as a door that takes you anywhere or a small propeller you wear on your head to fly.

Magic Pocket is a symbol for prosperity.
